Pudding Hill Lodge is set in a backdrop of idyllic farmland at the foot of Mount Hutt, an easy 60 minute drive from Christchurch International Airport along the Inland Scenic Route 72.

Only 10 minutes to the Methven Township and 5 minutes to the Mount Hutt ski field access road, Pudding Hill Lodge offers a variety of accommodation options including self contained motel units, chalets, shared accommodation, as well as bunk houses for large groups. Our spacious grounds are a mecca for numerous activities or simply relaxing and gazing at the skydivers as they glide earthwards. The public areas include a large lounge with open fire, comfortable bar area with wood burner and unsurpassed views of the Mount Hutt ski field. The entire complex is centrally heated for winter comfort. Wireless Internet is available in the main lodge building.

On-site facilities include sauna, spa, tennis court, guest laundry, drying room, archery, air-rifles and giant games including chess, stacking tower, pick-up-sticks and Mega 4.

Our indoor games room is equipped with a table tennis table, a pool table and satellite TV with DVD. A selection of board games and a book library are available for those quiet times. Our outdoor games area has badminton, volley ball, petanque and cricket. Other activities include orienteering, miniature ponies and scavenger hunts.
